Our session is time and space for you to experience your own magic through ceremony and embodiment. This can look and feel differently each time.

We often fail to see our own divinity, that true healing comes from within, that we possess a deep inner knowing of the medicine that we need at any given moment. Let me remind you that you are whole and holy and powerful. Allow yourself to listen and tune into nature, remembering that you are not separate from it, but at the center of it all. During our practice we ask, "What would be most nourishing for me right now?"

Booking a bodywork session is an act of reverence for yourself, and a way to live in the magical moment of the present by experiencing yourself fully embodied through touch. Come into your body. Experience wonder. Enjoy being.

Sessions are catered to your needs during the time of our appointment, always keeping in mind the power in honoring cosmic cycles, rhythms of nature, the seven directions, and the four elements.

Modalities incorporated:

Thai, Swedish, Mana Lomi, Cranial Sacral, Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage

Sessions may be sprinkled with some of the following:

Reiki, shared resources and recommended explorations, plant meditations, pulling cards, hand made oils, incense, aromatherapy

Please allow 90 minutes for our 60 minute massage, and 2 hours for our 90 minute massage. Giving space for the time it takes to drop in and relax into the session allows your physical body to be more receptive to the work.
