About these projects

Existing to honor cycles.

Life / Death / Rebirth, Maiden, Mother, Crone. The Sun rises, the Sun sets, the Sun rises again. Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again… and so on.

By living with the cycles of nature and the cosmos we find balance and harmony within ourselves. We honor cycles of nature through plants, and we honor cycles of human nature through sharing flowers for ceremony, ritual, celebrations and acknowledgments like weddings, births, illnesses and loss.

The Spiral Path is a journey to self and we are here to walk that path with you.

We work with herbs + flowers.

About Lindsay

Aloha! I'm Lindsay. My journey from floristry to massage therapy has been one of discovery and connection.

As a young woman coming up in the fashion industry (another life), I held a dream to open a flower shop in my sunset years. Inspired by the rich tradition of plant work carried out by the women in my family, I took a leap of faith and founded Lou Flowers in 2017. Little did I know, my life in flowers would open the door to a more spiritual life and kinship with nature.

It wasn't until the loss of my mother in 2019 that my path took a turn. Through my own journey of self-discovery and healing, I found bodywork. During a sabbatical on my beloved island of Maui I felt called to study healing arts and massage. I believe in the transformative power of human connection and presence, and that we are all nature interconnected.

My offerings may seem unconventional, but they are all threads of a larger web. These expressions speak to me, and I aim to share these gifts for those who seek. Receive what you need, and leave the rest.

Herbs

AKA wild weeds are plants we use for healing. They are here to teach us if we are here to receive the endless blessings they offer. Food medicine, tinctures, incense, cleansing agents, dyes and so on and so on.

Flowers

Flowers have power. They make us feel. They bless us with beauty and they show us how to embody beauty through growth and patience. They remind us that all things move in the cycles of life, death, and rebirth.

Bodywork

Receiving bodywork is an act of reverence for yourself, and a way to live in the magical moment of the present by experiencing yourself fully embodied through touch. Come into your body. Experience wonder. Enjoy being.
