My practice is rooted in honoring cycles.
Life / Death / Rebirth. Maiden, Mother, Crone. The Sun rises, the Sun sets, the Sun rises again. Merry meet, merry part, and merry meet again… and so on.
By attuning with the cycles of nature and the cosmos we find balance and harmony within ourselves. We honor cycles of nature when working with plants, and we honor cycles of human nature sharing flowers for ceremony, ritual, celebrations and acknowledgments like weddings, births, illnesses and loss. We honor our own personal cycles by caring for our physical and emotional bodies.
